Pineapple Turkey Kabobs

  • 1 lbs raw Norbest Turkey Breast cut into 1 inch squares
  • 1 Tbsp soy or Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 can (16 oz) undrained, juice-packed pineapple chunks favorite vegetables
  • 2 Tbsp Italian salad dressing
  • salt and pepper to taste

Thread turkey breast meat on skewers, alternating with pineapple and veggies. Reserve pineapple juice. Brush with salad dressing. Broil or barbecue 3 inches from heat source, turning frequently, approximately 15 minutes.

Meanwhile, combine reserved pineapple juice with soy or Worcestershire sauce and cinnamon in a small saucepan. Simmer uncovered to a thickened glaze. Spoon over turkey just before serving. Turkey breast meat is done when thickest part of meat turns from pink to white in color. Do not overcook!
