Cashew Habanero Salsa

  • 1 cup shelled cashews
  • 1 fresh habanero chile
  • 4 small plum tomatoes (or equivalent amount of other tomatoes)
  • 1/4 cup chopped parsley
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 3 Tbsp tomato paste
  • 1 Tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 2 Tbsp sesame oil

Just combine all the ingredients in a food processor and process.
