Pecan Catfish

  • 4 catfish fillets
  • 1 cup of ground pecans
  • 3 Tbsp of Dijon mustard
  • 2 Tbsp of milk

Preheat your oven to 500°F.

In a small bowl, combine the Dijon mustard and milk.

Dip the catfish fillets into mustard mixture, then dip into the ground pecans, shaking off excess.

Place on a greased baking sheet. Oven-fry for about 10-12 minutes or until the fish flakes easily.
