Catfish Parmesan

  • 2 lbs of catfish fillets
  • 1 cup of sour cream
  • 1/4 cup of Parmesan cheese
  • 1 Tbsp of lemon juice
  • 1 Tbsp of grated onion
  • 1/2 tsp of salt
  • dash of hot pepper to taste
  • Paprika

Place the fish fillets in a single layer in a well greased baking dish.

Combine all of the other ingredients except the paprika.

Spread the this mixture over the catfish. Sprinkle with paprika.

Bake at 350°F for about 25-30 minutes or until the catfish flakes easily.
