Shepherd's Pie

• 1 lbs ground meat
• 2 Tbsp oil
• 1 medium onion, chopped
• 2 cups chopped frozen vegetable mix (carrots, peas and corn, etc)
• Mashed potatoes recipe
• garlic
• Salt and pepper

Preheat oven at 350° F.

Heat 2 tablespoons oil and brown meat until cooked through. Remove meat and cook garlic and onions in pan until soft. Add frozen vegetables and heat through. Season with salt and pepper.

Place meat and vegetables in ovenproof dish, spread potatoes on top to cover. Bake at 350° F for 25 minutes.
