Beef Dip

  • 1 (8 oz) jar chipped beef, shredded
  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 1 (8 oz) carton sour cream
  • 1 cup diced scallions
  • 1 cup diced bell peppers

Mix all ingredients. Bake at 450°F for 45 minutes.
